Below are documents use by me for the purposes of running my business. You can download any and all documents that relate to the photographic service you are looking for. For example, if you are planning a wedding and have chosen me as your wedding photographer you should download the "Wedding Agreement".

Modeling Release Download
A Modelling Release is an understanding between the Photographer and the Model with regard to the use of the photographs resulting from our photographic sessions. It is an industry standard document as used by most Photographers and their employers and agents. If you currently use a Photographer that does not have an approriate Release then you need to find another photographer.

Over the last 15 - 20 years I have written various software applications, my recent efforts have leaned towards photography related software packages and while this kind of thing doesn't appeal to the vast majority of internet users some will be useful to photographers and models.
Portfolio Manager - Download Free Trial
An application designed to help models, both professional and non-professional, keep track of their portfolio and previous work history. It allows the Model to manage themselves. You simply enter all your personal details, add pictures to the appropriate galleries, fill in the work history, web site history, etc. and your done. Through Portfolio Manager you can then produce an Electronic Portfolio on a CD / DVD which can be sent to prospective employers or agencies. The CD auto runs and shows the recipient everything they need to know about you, including your work history, what web sites you are on and what type of Modeling you are interested in, and of course, your pictures.
Picture Slots - Visit Website
Picture Slots is a unique Slot Machine that I wrote to showcase my photographs. It is unique because the you can create your own Reels from your own photographs, so the Reels spinning past you can have pictures of your kids, wife, loved ones, etc. You can also create Reels and distribute them via the Picture Slots web site. Of course you have the usual 2 of a kind, 3 of a kind, etc. winning combinations, but to win the big one you have to get all the Reels lined up just right to form a completed picture. Pic-A-Shot - Visit the Pic-A-Shot Web Site
Another application written with Photographers in mind. Have you ever taken a series of photos for someone and then given them a CD for them to look at the pictures at home? Or have you had them looking over your shoulder trying to pick which ones they want prints of? Pic-A-Shot solves the problem, it creates a CD containing their pictures (reduced in size so they can't print them) and allows them to order them either via a printed order, or via E-mail. The CD auto runs and displays their pictures, they choose the size they want and how many - Pic-A-Shot adds up the price and they can order them right away. They can do this in the comfort of their own home and you need not worry about them producing prints from the images on the CD.
